Engage a District Leadership Team (DLT) to support the work of the school team with resources (i.e., subs, time).

School Commitment

Engage a School Leadership Team (SLT) and partner with ESU throughout the 20-21 school year. Establish bi-weekly meeting dates and times. Consider combining existing teams.

ESU #3 Commitment

Assign educational consultant(s) to provide technical assistance throughout the year to the pilot School/District Leadership Teams.
