 Qualifications:

• • Experience in: Multi-family field inspections, (residential/commercial)  

(Basic experience to start) includes:

• • • 1. Exterior/drive-by (residential/commercial)

      2. Hud inspections

    • Freddie Mac inspections (higher volume)

    • Fannie Mae property inspections (higher volume)

  • Broker Price Opinions (Not a requirement)

  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to apply:
