BACKGROUND INFORMATION: `
The Oregon Integrated Application Plan is a non-competitive, application-based, annual grant-in-aid for Oregon School districts. The Draft and
Integrate Application Components comprise of: A developed comprehensive four-year strategic plan (2025-2029), including: Measurable student
outcomes and performance indicators, High-impact strategies and evidence-based interventions, and Equity-driven initiatives and resource allocations.
This includes a two-year budget (2025-2027) that supports the strategic plan, aligning integrated funding sources to maximize impact across programs.
There was a Comprehensive Needs Assessment Summary done, along with stakeholder engagement, artifacts, and evidence of engagement to
influence the plan.
The Integration Application Plan now integrates the following programs or initiatives:
Student Investment Account (SIA) – Investments in mental health, well-being, and academic achievement
High School Success (HSS - Measure 98) – Support for CTE, dropout prevention, and college/career readiness
Career & Technical Education (CTE) Perkins V – Expansion and alignment of CTE programs with industry needs
Every Day Matters (EDM) – Strategies for improving attendance and reducing chronic absenteeism
Early Indicator & Intervention Systems (EIIS) – Systems for identifying and supporting at-risk students
Federal School Improvement for Comprehensive or targeted supports (FSI/CSI) – School improvement strategies for low-performing schools
Early Literacy Success School District Grants (ELSSDG)- Early literacy support of students from birth to 3rd grade.
Career Connected Learning (CCL)- framework of career awareness, exploration, preparation, and training.
Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP)- engaging in continuous improvement work to improve student outcomes.
