Ce projet s'intéresse aux entreprises dites "sociales" ou "à impact", mues par une double mission de rentabilité économique et d'impact social ou environnemental positif pour la société. Incarnant une vision de l'entreprise responsable au-delà des enjeux de RSE, ces organisations font face à un défi de taille en cherchant à combiner leurs objectifs financiers et sociaux. 


Comment se définissent-elles ? Comment une telle mutation peut-elle opérer dans une entreprise historiquement focalisée uniquement sur ses objectifs financiers ? Quels modes de gestion et de gouvernance conduisent au succès de ces modèles hybrides ? Comment allier durablement efficacité économique et performance sociale et environnementale en entreprise ?
