About Coach Robertson
Hi! My name is Scott Robertson and I have the privilege of teaching health and fitness at Ida Nason Aronica Elementary School. I am passionate about teaching and giving students opportunities to try experiences they may not have tried before. I love hunting, fishing, camping and just about everything outdoors. I grew up also playing sports and still am passionate about playing and watching them.
I have 4 amazing daughters and have been married to my beautiful wife- Audrey for 14 years! We moved to Ellensburg shortly after getting married and fell in love with the community here. Kittitas County is a great place to raise a family.
Our family attends Calvary Chapel Church. We love our church family! The Lord has blessed us in countless ways. My wife and I are AWANA ministry directors as well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching fitness and health concepts to our students and am looking forward to the journey ahead with them!
All students in grades 4 & 5 receive instruction in archery for 4-5 weeks. Students that desire to join the Ida Archery Team also shoot before and after school. On February 15, our team will take 20 archers to the NASP State tournament to compete. This is our first competition. Our Team is self-funded with the generous support of our PTO.
