Wrist sound level meter with 2 warnings depending on the sound threshold:
The all-clear pictogram (✓) appears on the screen with a sound level below 120 decibels. The programmed music "buzzer melody" plays
The "headphones" pictogram appears on the screen with a sound level above 121 decibels.
Button A and/or button B deactivate the "buzzer melody".
Button A+B displays the sound level in decibels on the screen.
We use a smart coding kit for micro:bit as it has a strap, buzzer and batteries.

Classroom traffic light sound meter (collective)
Traffic light with 3 colors depending on the sound threshold:
Green: Low noise. Less than 70 decibels. The LEDs show a heart.
Orange: Moderate noise. Between 71 and 150 decibels. The LEDs show a long face.
Red: High noise. More than 151 decibels. The LEDs show a skull.
We used 3 strips of 30 NeoPixel LEDs connected to a micro:bit board with the micro:shield.
