Can I ship items for the booth ahead of time?

Yes.

Please DO NOT have booth materials delivered before Monday, July 13th as we do not have storage space. Delivery Tuesday, July 14th would be perfect.
Booth number and company name must be on the package.
If items will need to be picked up or shipped back, the vendor will need to place the shipping label on it and personally take the items to our shipping dock prior to departure.

All items for the Digital Learning Conference should be addressed as follows:

Can I set the booth up Thursday morning?

Official booth set up is on Wednesday, June 15th from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. If you absolutely need to set up the day of the conference you will be able to enter at 7:30 AM. The vendor hall is scheduled to open for participants at 8:00 AM. Some will arrive earlier.

Will lunch be available onsite?

At this time we do not have food trucks scheduled so therefore lunch will not be available onsite this year. Some restaurants do use door dash in Huntsville if you'd like to use that service.

What is the table size in the booth?

The tables are 2' x 8' and booths are 8X8.
