Booth Information

Booth Sponsorship:

• Size: 8X8
• Cost: $400
• Includes wireless internet, two complimentary exhibitor badges, 8’ back drape, two 3’ side divider drapes, one line company booth identification name sign, one 120-volt electrical outlet, one 8' table, two chairs.
• Includes company logo in the printed program and on conference website.
• Includes visibility in the conference schedule app - sched.org
• Includes the opportunity to provide a presentation session. ** Presentation Proposal Form must be submitted.**
• Door Prizes:
  • All booth exhibitors are required to submit a door prize. Door prizes will be used in a scavenger hunt to increase traffic to your booth. Prizes must be valued at a minimum of $25.00.
  • Door prizes should be postmarked and delivered to Region 6 by July 10, 2020.
  • Please include a business card for each door prize.
  • If you are providing a door prize that will need to be mailed to the winner, please provide a certificate and your contact information to be handed to the participant.
• Vendor booth payment and fees must be received by May 15, 2020, for vendor name to be included in the conference program.
• Booth assignments will not be made until after June 1st.
• Booth assignments will not be made until the booth fee is paid in full.
• Booth space cannot be guaranteed if the fee is not paid by the deadline.
• Late registrations will be accepted only as long as booths are available.
• If a vendor shares a booth with another vendor, the vendor submitting the registration is responsible for full payment.
• Deadline for requesting a booth is May 15, 2020. No refunds after June 19, 2020

Program Ads:

All exhibitors who pay for their booth and submit their company logo by the May 15, 2020 deadline will be listed in the exhibitor section of the conference program. Program Ads may be purchased additionally by selecting the size of the desired ad in the Sponsorship section of the Exhibitor Registration form.

Submit Company Logo

After submitting booth registration, please provide a company logo. The logo will be used in the printed program, on the sched.org app and conference website.
