Google Forms

Overview

Google Forms helps teachers create surveys and questionnaires, from multiple choice to dropdowns to a linear scale. Teachers can use their own photo or logo, and Forms will pick just the right colors to complete the form, or choose from a set of curated themes to set the tone. They can also add YouTube videos, images, page branching in which questions are shown based on answers, and skip logic. Google Forms allows them also to create a new form on their own or work with others at the same time. Responses to surveys are neatly and automatically collected in Forms, with real-time response info and charts.
