• If a user creates an account on behalf of an Educational Institution, you represent you are authorized to bind the Educational Institution to these Terms and agree to these Terms on the Educational Institution's behalf. - Therefore district approval is required before creating an account. 

• Children under 13 years old are not allowed to create an account without an educational institution acquiring parent or guardian's express consent.
