Review Comments from Region 16 Vetting :

• Surveys and Demographics - "Occasionally we will send out optional online surveys to students asking for data such as age, gender, race and academic background."

  • • Verify with district policy the stance on student survey participation (PPRA).

• Teacher(s) represent and warrant you have authorization to enter in to Terms on behalf of your school and/or district.

  • • Does the district allow individual teachers to legally bind the district to Terms, Contracts, etc.  without administrative knowledge or approval?

• Teacher or school administrator is authorized to sign up on behalf of students.

  • • Does the district allow individual teachers and/or administrators to consent on behalf of parent/guardian for under 18?

• Must obtain advance written consent from all parents or guardians whose children under 13 will be accessing the Services.

  • • When obtaining consent, you must provide parents and guardians with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    • You must keep all consents on file and provide them to us if we request them.
