Who we are:

McNally Makes is an innovative, project-based learning program at McNally High School where students tackle challenges, develop creative solutions, and bring their ideas to life. Through collaboration, design thinking, entrepreneurship, and community partnerships, students engage in meaningful projects that build real-world skills and create lasting impact.

Our focus is not on repetitive production work, but on empowering students to be creators, problem-solvers, and innovators. Whether designing products, supporting community initiatives, exploring new technologies, or launching original ideas, McNally Makes provides students with opportunities to learn by doing, think critically, and make a difference.

Students work on creative, hands-on projects using tools and technologies like 3D printers, laser engravers, CNC machines, large-format printers, and our construction lab. Whether you're looking to design a product, creating signage, construct something from scratch, or help bring a community project to life, McNally Makes students are interested in working with you!

We believe students learn best when they are making, designing, testing, and solving real problems. Our projects are focused on innovation, creativity, and skill development, not repetitive production work. Every project is an opportunity to learn something new, collaborate with others, and create something you're proud of.
