Food preparation is a major factor in your lifestyle. Whether it is to understand the nutritional value of a whopper, or to develop a healthy living approach to your diet, you will develop kitchen techniques as well as the learning of food value and its origins. Learn some life skills while experiencing recipes and ethnic foods from around the world.
