The entire plenary hall ignited with enthusiasm as E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. finally launched the Integrated Strategy on Assessment (ISA Project) of the Grade 11 Academic Strand entitled "SINSAY NA: Sining, Kasaysayan at Kayamanan!" on the 13th of December 2023. This project showcases students' creativity and explores their artistic skills in showcasing cultural and life forms, traditions and history, oral and written forms of literature, including “Panayam gamit ang iba’t-ibang uri ng teksto,” sports, and tourism growth and revenue in Calatagan through a five-minute travel campaign vlog.

Several credible names with particular duties and honors served as the event's judges. It is their role to evaluate the videos using the specified criteria. The Principal of E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. is one of them. Dr. Henry Mangahis, together with the vice principal, Mr. Ronaldo Godoy. The guest of honor completes the panel of judges. Ms. Chrizzel Jhoanne L. Bautista, a member of the Tourism of Calatagan's promotion, tourism, culture, and arts staff.
