The Professional Learning Facilitator Program (PLF Program) is a workshop that imparts the ability to be an efficient and effective presenter, trainer, teacher, coach and facilitator by delivering confidently, engaging with and managing challenging audiences and aiming for specific learning.
The PLF Program is based on the Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System® which is built upon strong Neuro Linguistic Programming, public speaking, marketing and branding principles.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
Learn how to be a Professional Learning Facilitator from a comprehensive and holistic point of view
Write clear and specific training objectives so that the Learning Event can be developed and customized accordingly
Develop a comprehensive Learning Module and Learning Event plan
Use a variety of tools & strategies to build successful Learning Events
Understand what goes into planning a holistic learning event and how to go about organizing their own
Add NLP as an alternative tool, specifically to improve participant retention with regards to the subject presented
Learning Outcome: Participants will internalize the concept of LEARN in their minds and learn to develop the Mind of the Facilitator they want to be.

Learning Outcome: Participants will learn to be aware of their Body and how to control their physiology to control the meaning of the messages they put across to their audience.

Learning Outcome: Participants will learn to develop learning modules, from forming clear-cut learning objectives to developing practical workbooks.

Learning Outcome: Participants will learn how to manage their learning session including their staging area, their visual, auditory and kinesthetic input, managing their audience and developing games

Learning Outcome: Participants will learn to evaluate the Learning Event in segments of seconds, minutes and hours during the Learning Event, and days after the event to benefit Learning Facilitator and the Client.

The Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System® (MASTERY) certification is an optional next step for participants who would like to seal their learning with a formal acknowledgement.
After completing the 3-day The Professional Learning Facilitator program, which is based on the Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System, participants are given the option to achieve Mastery in the system.
Successful candidates are allowed to use the title “PLF <NAME> (Mastery)” in their occupational identification.
To achieve Mastery, the participant must be seen to demonstrate Mastery in the Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System®.
The participant must be subjected to an audit which will cover 3 main areas:

This audit may be in the form of a discussion, presentation or the auditor may be invited to sit in the participantʼs program. Only when the participant is seen to demonstrate Mastery in ANY of the 3 areas above will the participant be certified as a Master Practitioner of The Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System®.
As Professional Learning Facilitators, they will have lifetime access to benefits provided by Take Charge Sdn Bhd and its associated entities. As the program grows, more and more benefits will become available. However, the three primary benefits available are:

All PLF Program graduates will be inducted into the PLF Family, an alumni community that serves the purpose of continuously developing new and current PLFs.
This community is non-profit and allows PLFs to network amongst themselves to exchange ideas, business opportunities and provide general support. There are currently 1600+ members in the PLF Family from all around the world. The program has been run in Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Cambodia.
The PLF Family periodically organises free public and closed events for PLFs such as the PLF Learning Showcase, PLF Labs, PLF Gathering, PLF BookAway, The Pocket English Series and more for them to upgrade their knowledge and skills as a PLF.
All PLFs are allowed to re-attend public PLF Programs for free (terms & conditions apply) for as long as they require to continuously sharpen their skills.
