IDEAL | Instructional Design for Experiential & Actionable Learning is an instructional and learning experience design virtual workshop that is born of my years as a Silat & Wellness Instructor, Journalist, Knowledge Management Professional, Learning Coach and Professional Learning Facilitator. I apply these design techniques to all my modules, workshops, courses and programs, whether they are 120 minutes long or 100 days long.

It will allow you to take any TNA report, ask the right questions to gather more information, create actionable learning objectives and design an emotional and rational learning experience for your target audience to maximise retention and spark behaviour change.
