Digital Citizenship

While students may know how to operate all the newest devices and applications in today's tech-driven world, they do not always know, nor understand the importance of, how to use it responsibly. Teaching digital citizenship prepares students to navigate a technology-driven future where their interactions through online platforms and social media will influence their future success. In Ennis ISD, we use Neptune Navigate to help students and staff learn the importance of creating a positive digital footprint and how to stay safe online. Students in grades K-6 will access the program during their time in the computer lab and students in grades 7-12 will access the program during a campus-designated class.
