Dispatch and delivery information
Operational Data (where applicable)
Location data for attendance / field operations
Uploaded documents or delivery proof (photos, receipts)
👉 Dealer data is used strictly for order processing, billing, dispatch, account management, and authorized business operations only.
2. How We Use the Information
Data collected in the App is used only for legitimate company purposes, including:
Sales order and dispatch processing
Dealer order management and payment tracking
Purchase and stock movement records
Internal performance reporting and process control
Customer and dealer relationship management
Compliance and audit requirements
The App is not public-facing and is accessible only to authorized company users.
3. Data Protection, Authorization & Misuse Policy
Access to data is strictly role-based and permission-controlled
Employees may use data only for assigned official work
Copying, exporting, sharing, or misusing dealer or customer data is strictly prohibited

Such actions may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, and/or legal proceedings.

We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute any business or dealer data.
