The Wolf: villain or victim? The Three Pigs: innocent or at fault? The Jurors (Miss Muffet, Bo Peep, Cinderella and Humpty-Dumpty, to name a few): solid citizens or characters with a past? And what about Judge Wise O. Al? Is justice on his side—or does he have a secret to hide? Then there's the media—a reporter, newscaster and town crier. Have they come to accurately report the proceedings—or to turn the courtroom into a media circus? And who is that surprise witness at the end? The answers to these profound questions and even more are revealed once and for all in this rollicking, fun-filled, action-packed trial-of-the-century. Examining the guilt, or innocence, of the accused from different points of view and comes up with a surprising, yet eminently satisfying, conclusion in which no one escapes unscathed. And, as a bonus, a lesson or two is learned along the way. It all ends happily ever after, of course, with the newly bonded Wolf and Pigs along with the fairy-tale jury and all the others heading for a post-trial party at the castle of Old King Cole. A true ensemble piece, this delightful comedy, with its intriguing story line and vivid characterizations, will appeal to audiences of all ages.

A highly theatrical dramatization of a C.S. Lewis classic. Young Digory and his friend Polly, through the use of magic rings created by Digory's uncle, set forth on a series of magical adventures through mythical kingdoms and enchanted lands. In their travels, they encounter Queen Jadis and awaken her from her enchanted sleep, unleashing the power of evil. Attempting to acquire the healing apple for Digory's sick mother, the heroic children unintentionally bring Jadis' evil into Narnia, the new world which the great lion Aslan sings into existence. In this land of talking animals, there are miraculous happenings as good battles against evil and Digory struggles to return home to cure his ailing mother with the healing apple. This is a play that encompasses realism and fantasy, interesting characters, humor and lyrical beauty, excitement and suspense. The script lends itself to imaginative staging, either simple or elaborate, providing a memorable visit to C.S. Lewis' mythical kingdom with the great lion, the evil witch, the heroic children and the talking animals.

Here are the tales of Goldilocks, the Three Bears, Red Riding Hood, the Three Pigs, and Hansel and Gretel, all blended into one delightful play while staying true to the original stories. Goldilocks, forest-savvy from having to survive in the woods without a family, is on the run from the Three Bears but takes time to help Red Riding Hood, who is leery of her stepmother's motivation in sending her out into the woods at dusk with a basket full of food and a bright red cloak. Along the way they saved the Woodsman (who also happens to be Hansel and Gretel's father) and from the zany wolf (the same canine that plagues the Three Pigs). By the time you bring in the citizens of Mother Goose's village, including Jack Horner, the Butcher, the Baker, and the Candlestick Maker, you can see why this fractured fairy tale is full of energy with fresh humor and fun for every generation!
