Atlantic Mission Region Convocation

With current disaster response supplies depleted, your tangible donations of quilts, flood buckets, health kits, school kits, diapers, Bibles (in English or Spanish), rakes, shovels, mops, brooms, dust pans, feminine hygiene products, and gift cards from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart are urgently needed. Help us Stuff the Truck!

Volunteer Opportunities

Getting Ready of Pumpkins!

We need volunteers for Saturday, October 8, 10am to 4pm; There is a signup sheet on the information desk at the front of the Church.

Train Garden

If you are interested in helping run trains, the sign-up sheet is located at the welcome center.

Sunday School Teachers

We are looking for volunteers to teach Children's Sunday School starting this fall. We have a curriculum, now we just need the teachers. If interested, please contact Pr. Ben; pastor@emmanuellutheranmd.org.

Sunday school will be starting Sept. 11 at 9:45am in the fellowship hall.

Building Maintenance Committee

Volunteers needed to fill the building maintenance committee, which is present when there is work being performed by an outside company after office hours. If interested, please see the Church Council President, John T. Staudt president@emmanuellutheranmd.org.

Narcotics Anonymous Group Chaperon

Thursday Evenings our church is looking to open its doors to a NA group. Addiction to narcotic drugs can harm people, families, and the communities; providing a safe space for people to heal from the illness of addiction is a way we can help those around us.

We are looking for people who are available Thursday nights to help provide a safe environment. Contact President John T. Staudt president@emmanuellutheranmd.org for more information.
