Image Submission

PORTRAIT OR COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

If you are not a current Accredited AIPP Member, or you have not held membership within the last 3 years, you are required to submit 5 of your professional photos (in the genre you are offering to help with) for assessment.

Please submit 5 JPEGS after completing the application form with your full name and email details.


RETOUCHING EDITORS

If you were a Christmas Wish editor in 2019 (and worked directly with the team to produce finished work) you do not need to supply images. If you are a current or past Story Art Masterclass student you do not need to produce images.

Please supply 5 examples of your retouching/editing work that will best help us assess your ability to restore fire damaged photos.

Model Release to be filled out by both the Photographer and the recipient and returned to: team@projectrecapture.com.au with the subject 'Model Release'

Project Recapture Gifting Guidelines

Family Photography Session and Prints package for families that have lost homes, assets and photographs as a result of the fires

Professional photographers are offering a one hour family portrait session either on location, or at their studio, depending on photographers preference, and to supply approximately ten high resolution digital images and three quality prints. Files and prints to be delivered within a six week turn around. Photographers agree to not up-sell any products or services from the gifted session.

Photo restoration of fire-damaged prints

Either prints, or high resolution scans of fire-damaged prints will be accepted (via online upload link on form) or if you are unable to have scanned it is suggested prints are sent via registered post to:

Please limit each individual submission of images to a maximum of 5 images per family, further images can be submitted for restoration upon completion of previous round of images. Project Recapture make every effort to take the greatest of care with precious photographs and will return original prints, as well as retouched files, however Project Recapture is not liable for any images damaged or misplaced during transit.


Photography Business Coaching for Photographers that have lost their assets and had their businesses severely affected as a result of the fires in their community

Once the photographer’s needs have been established they will have access to Mark Rosetto Coaching’s Photography Business Benchmarking course, as well as connection to professional photographers and business mentors who can help 1:1.


Videographer Support

Contact us to connect you with other videographers who can provide loan equipment to complete immediate upcoming projects such as weddings. Additionally, if you have an urgent job and a Bushfire related circumstance prevents you from being able to complete it, we will attempt to find a volunteer to help.


Commercial Photography

For business' who are needing updated images for websites and commercial use after rebuilding or rebranding as a result of Bushfire damage. Photographers will provide one hour of commercial photography with up to ten high resolution images for commercial usage. Files to be delivered within two weeks.


Professional Headshots

Individuals we have lost employment as a result of Bushfire damage and are needing a new professional headshot for LinkedIn or job applications. Photographers will provide a corporate headshot session with a retouched high resolution digital image. Files to be delivered within two weeks.
