Katherine is a History and Art History double major, concentrating in Curatorial Studies, and plans to pursue a master’s degree in Museum Studies in the fall of 2022. Her experiences with the various museums around the Houston area growing up sparked her interest in working within the museum industry. She has a particular passion for social justice and aims to use her degrees in museum education to help spread awareness for social issues through the medium of material culture. She has interned with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston’s education department, which is where she found her love for museum education.
