Hannah London is an Art History major and 1693 Scholar. She has researched cultural heritage issues through Smithsonian and Getty internships and through study in Italy and at Oxford. She is writing an Honors Thesis titled “Art, Law, and War: Exploring the Conditions of Plains Indian Cultural Heritage against the Lieber Code vision of Justice in Warfare.” After graduating, Hannah plans to continue interning for the European Research Council’s project on antiquities looting and later apply to law school. Hannah hopes to translate these studies and her knowledge of Spanish, Italian, and French into a career in art law.
