Introducing ‘FLUID’, a new look and feel to our Student Information System (SIS). You will navigate through the system slightly differently and will need to get used to "Homepages" and "Tiles"
Log in to SIS as usual using myVCCS. Clicking the SIS Tile in myVCCS will bring you to your FLUID Homepage.

Your name, college logo, Student ID (EMPLID), and Username will be displayed on the face of the tile.
Click the tile to access and edit personal details.
An indication of pending alerts will be displayed on the face of the tile.
Click the tile to access Holds, To Do Items, and Messages.
Account Details – additional financial related pages and links
Pay My Bill – a direct link to Nelnet.com
Enrollment status will be displayed on the face of the tile.
Click the tile to access additional Enrollment related SIS pages and links.
The entire tile is a direct link to your EAB Navigate Student Account. Navigate provides planning and advising tools, along with other student supports.
The Financial Aid status will appear on the face of the tile.
Click the tile to access additional Financial Aid related pages and links.
Your cumulative GPA and Primary Plan/Major will be displayed on the face of the tile.

How-To Video – overview of the new student homepage features and functions.
Forms – click to access student eForms.
myVCCS – click to return or log-in to your myVCCS portal (includes links to email, bookstore canvas, and other resources.)
Help & FAQs – click to access SIS instructions and information.
A standard banner appears at the top of every Fluid page.
The Home icon will take you back to the Student Homepage.
The Actions List (three dots menu) includes the option to open a new SIS window, access your preferences or sign out of the system.
