SYNCH 2022:

Going the Distance

at John Tyler (becoming Brightpoint) Community College

January 6, 2022

John Tyler (becoming Brightpoint) Community College is ready to Go the Distance! The inaugural 2022 SYNCH Symposium will explore distance learning in all its modalities: synchronous, asynchronous, hyflex, and other blended and creative explorations of online learning. As scholars, we look to embrace the rapidly shifting higher education and distance learning landscape. Join Tyler as we “Go the Distance” and engage with colleagues around the nation in discovering innovative practices that help make higher education the gateway to success.

This free hyflex event is open to all Virginia higher education faculty and staff. Registered participants will receive links to join the sessions synchronously or to view the recorded sessions asynchronously. All Tyler faculty and staff are welcome to join in-person at the Nicholas Center on the Chester campus.
