When will sessions be available? By February 15, 2021 each registered attendee will receive an email from Tech&Learning that the live sessions are now On Demand. Remember that all sessions will be On-Demand until July 31, 2021 so you can watch those you missed.
Is Video On-Demand unlimited? Once you receive the post-conference email telling you that the On-Demand videos are available, there are no limits to how many sessions or how often you watch a session through July 31, 2021.
What are the technology requirements? Attendees can use Zoom through the browser and do not need to install it. Chrome is the best browser to access Zoom on a PC or Mac computer or Chromebook.
Will platform be compatible with your devices (ie. iPhone, iPad, Chromebook, Android, iOs, Windows)? Yes, you can access all sessions using any device. You would need to install the Zoom App on an Apple or Android mobile device. Chromebooks and computers can access Zoom via web-browser.
Can you switch back and forth between devices? Yes, will not be a problem.
How does it work if you have technical difficulties during a session? The Tech&Learning staff will be monitoring sessions throughout the day, and questions can be asked in the chat box during conference hours.
How (and during what hours) do we contact tech support during the conference? The Tech&Learning staff will available throughout the day, and questions can be asked in the chat box during conference hours.
Will there be Closed Captioning available? Yes.
If you have trouble logging into the Conference website, refer to the email that will be sent from Tech & Learning.
Do attendees register for a session? No.
Do attendees need to schedule in advance? Attendees can build out their own schedule. This will allow presenters to see who has registered. **Please note: all Live Sessions are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Can there be a limit capacity by session? Yes, to be determined by the presenter.
For the Live Q & A, will there be voice capability during the sessions? Or is it Text Chat only? Attendees will be able to 'raise their hands' through Zoom non-verbal feedback participant icons. It will be up to the presenter whether voice capability will be available. Chat boxes are available in every session and on the hub page.

Video On-Demand: All our sessions that are pre-recorded only are listed on this page to give you the flexibility to watch these presentations anytime that is convenient. All sessions will be available until July 31, 2021.

What is protocol for attending the keynote? CUEByte? If you are registered for the conference, you will be provided links to the KeyNote, CUEByte and all sessions.
