Who are we?
Elwood Music Sponsors is a parent/teacher organization with a mission to develop and enhance music interest across the Elwood Union Free School District (UFSD).
We sponsor events for the entire district annually, as well as support the Music Faculty for NYSMMA and LISFA. In addition, we fundraise to provide various scholarships to graduating music students.
This year we are introducing a new event to support the younger performers! We are hosting a Elementary NYSMMA Recognition Picnic for the elementary students.

Elwood UFSD Music Department was recognized in 2024 for Outstanding Support of Music Education enriching the lives of children and advancing student achievement by the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM).
