Physical Education

Physical Education course is designed to develop lifetime sports skills as well as individual motor coordination skills. Learning to work as a team is a major component of our Physical Education program. Students will be exposed to many different skills and sports usually spanning over 3-4 weeks, such as Football, Soccer, Weight Lifting, Aerobics, Dance, Pickleball, Tennis, Badminton, Physical Fitness Testing, and Recreation Games (such as Can Jam).
