During the first 5 years of the hotel operations, investors benefit from a 9% net and fixed return, regardless the occupancy rate

After this Rental Guarantee period, and unless they chose to exit at year 5 exercising they buy back option, investors will continue with a rental pool scheme, earning 40% of the gross hotel income, 60% going to the Company to cover all running expenses from marketing to operations and maintenance .
