MEET ERIKA!

Hi! My name is Erika (She/Her) and I am in Grade 12. Next year, I am going into cognitive science at Carleton University. I was born and raised here in Ottawa. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing poetry. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I also love to spend my time at cafés. Although I am generally introverted, I very much enjoy meeting new people and learning about the unique perspectives of others. 

In regards to music, I am currently focused on vocals and acoustic guitar. I started playing guitar just this year, and have loved it ever since. Although I have been singing along to my favorite songs for as long as I can remember, I have only started singing with professional guidance this year as well. Throughout my life I have dabbled in various instruments, including piano, tenor saxophone, and bass guitar.
