Most Elms staff members have voice to email functionality as part of their phone package. With voice to email, the system records a copy of the voice message as a .wav file and forwards that file to your email. You can either listen to the message on your PC by launching the file or listen on your smartphone by clinking on the link contained in the email.
How to use voice to email
When a caller leaves a message on your office voicemail, the message will be routed to your inbox. The sender will be listed as the person who left a message, as seen in the example below.

Listen to the message on a laptop
Click on the file and choose download
Double click the file and Windows Media Player will launch and play the message
Listen to the message on your cellphone
Click on the attachement in the email and your phone will launch an audio player
click on the play button to hear the message
