Perry Lower Intermediate is a Schoolwide Title I building. Therefore, all students benefit from Title I funds. Below are the forms explaining our Title I program and commitment to our students’ success. We have sent home following forms to your child’s homeroom teacher. We ask that you review the forms and return them promptly by October 4, 2020. For your convenience, all forms that need returned have a black star in the corner.
