Purpose of activity: For students to think about what could be happening in the lives of someone else. Encouraging students to put themselves in someone else’s shoes and consider what could be going on for them.
Pick one of the situations shown in the images below and brainstorm ideas of what could be happening for this person.
Next, write a diary entry from the perspective of that person. You will need to consider what might be happening for them, how they are feeling, and what they might wish was different about their situation.
