Leak Warranty 

We do offer:

A 'water-proof inspection' and 're-sealing service' to visibly failed perimeter seals, and/or wet seals.

-Stucco to metal

-Metal to Glass 

Leaks can always find their way into the smallest places and can usually be troublesome, at most times being a long-standing preexisting condition until internal damage becomes visible on the outside. Unfortunately, due to ANY of these circumstances, we cannot warranty our:

'Re-seal service'

If leaks are pre-existing at the time of assessment of new whole frame window or door installation, current leaks will have to be rectified and completely fixed before any installations can be done. 

New installations of whole-frame windows or doors Will be warranted for 1 year.
