Cosina Alambre 26 is an authentic Mexican restaurant and it's bringing the true flavors of Oaxaca to the city of Los Angeles. It is located at 10429 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, California. Eufrosina is the founding owner of this restaurant.

It has been there for about one year and it was inspired by Shina, her long-lasting relationship with her mother, and her family of cooking traditionally within events, family events, and of course family-owned businesses from Oaxaca.

Shina met her Gordo, at that time she was selling at a stall. He helped her and they teamed up to both sell on Sundays. He brings amazing flavors, color,s, and aromas into the kitchen.. They enjoy cooking together and they make sure their clients leave satisfied.

Time went by and the pandemic came, they decided to sell barbeque by courier. They started delivering to parties and events. They survived the pandemic and later on set up a stall. They started small and little by little they kept on increasing especially when she met a local Business Man who offered to help her take her business to the next level. Their menu kept on growing day by day and now they don't only offer bbq but a lot more items to choose from.

They are offering the true flavors, the heritage, and the traditional and preserved ways of the Oaxacan People.
