How many questions?
The TSI Assessment Writing test contains two parts: 20 multiple-choice questions and a 300-600 word persuasive essay, complete with a stated main idea, examples and details, and correct use of standard written English. If you do not achieve a certain score on the multiple-choice (placement) test, you may be given one to four diagnostic tests (10-12 questions each) to determine your specific learning needs.
