Wow! We've had a great two weeks with our new hybrid learning approach. Our in person students are wearing their masks correctly, coming prepared with all materials, and are really good at washing their hands. Our remote learners are continuing to complete assignments on time, attend morning meeting, and following their student schedule. Thank you, parents, for all of your help. We are so proud of everyone!
October 2nd is Custodian Appreciation Day! We are beyond proud of our custodial team and the work they do to keep our campus clean and sanitary. The expectations for this have increased greatly due to COVID and our custodians have risen to the occassion! Thanks to Rodney, Gracie, Leti, Lois, and Josephina you can rest assured that your children are attending a school that sparkles!
We won't get to Pink It Up at the Hogeye Festival this year, but that doesn't mean that we can't still THINK PINK! In recognition of all the fun we have at Hogeye and in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we will have Think Pink Thursdays. Have your child wear something pink each Thursday, whether they are participating in person or virtually.
Please join us in participating in these dress up days. This is for both remote and in person scholars!

Students will be considered tardy unless they are in the building by 7:30. If you are driving up to the building, or waiting in your car to get out at 7:30, they are still tardy.
For attendance purposes, students with excessive absences will be contacted. Parents will then be required to complete an attendance contract.
Parents, please remember to fill out the registration forms on the parent portal for each of your children. These are to be updated each year including the health information sheet. These forms can be found on the parent portal after clicking on the red registration tab that is under your student’s name.
Just a reminder that in-person learners will still be participating in learning via their devices and pre-recorded videos and assignments. If your child is attending in-person, they must bring their charged device (iPad or Chromebook), charger, headphones, and school supplies in their backpacks each day. A water bottle (full of water) is also recommended. Please arrive to school no later than 7:30 am, when instruction begins. Doors will open at 7 am. Your child must arrive at school wearing a mask. Instruction ends at 3 pm, and then students will walk to their assigned arrival spots. Students will begin being dismissed at 3:05. If you are picking your child up from school, you must stay in the car. You may not walk up to the school to get your child. Additionally, please have the Car Rider sign on your dashboard so we can clearly see who you are picking up without rolling your window down. We appreciate your help with keeping all of our Wildcats safe!
If you have chosen Remote Learning, your child will not be allowed on the bus or in the school. For safety purposes, all students need to participate in the learning that was indicated on the commitment form.
Fill out this form and explain what makes them important. We look forward to sharing your responses with them!
