🚀 Content Strategy & Planning – Develop content pillars (eg. BTS, UGC, How-to, Try-ons etc.) that tailors to the brand’s voice and audience preferences. Maintain an updated monthly content calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh & engaging content across all social platforms.
📹 Content Creation & Posting – Shoot, edit, and post engaging images, videos and captions with compelling storytelling. Own the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every piece aligns with the content pillars and content calendar.
🌍 Cross-Platform Storytelling – Adapt content to fit each social platform’s unique style. For eg.: trendy TikToks, informative XiaoHongShu posts, insightful Lemon8 captions, real-time IGS updates, and must-watch YouTube Shorts.
💡 Creative Concepts – Experiment with bold, out-of-the-box ideas (eg.: BTS moments, interactive challenges, hidden Easter eggs—you name it) to excite and grow our community.
📸 Photoshoot Art Direction – Scout locations, source models, and lead shoots to bring your creative vision to life.

🔹 Experience – 2+ years in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field. No experience required for internship. Show us your portfolio—we want to see your magic!
🎨 Creative Eye – You have a knack for aesthetics, styling, and bringing ideas to life with visually stunning content.
📱 Platform-Savvy – You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms inside out—what works, what flops, and how to make content that hits.
🎬 Technical Skills – Proficient in video and photo editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and more.
⚡ Hustle Mentality – Self-driven, full of fresh ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You don’t wait for inspiration—you create it.
