Mrs. Elizabeth Tanner

7th Grade English Language Art Teacher

I will teach 7th Grade ELA during 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th hour daily in addition to Intervention.

Education:

• I am currently attending Fort Hays State University to complete a Masters Degree in English as a Second Language.
• I attended Newman University to obtain my endorsement to teach ESOL students.
• I graduated from Wichita State University with my teaching degree.
• I received an Associates of Science from Butler County Community College.

Hobbies:

I spend the majority of my time reading science fiction or fantasy books where the heroes battle evil and win. I write poems whenever I'm inspired. My husband and I watch a ton of action movies together especially the Marvel ones. I can usually be found at a local coffee shop chatting with friends. When the mood strikes and the weather permits, I cruise the countryside on my Kawasaki Vulcan S motorcycle.
