Welcome to my Wiki! This is a great tool to help you keep up with the happenings in our daily classroom. Here is just a little bit about me. This is my seventh year of teaching at Skelly and my third year working in the Early Childhood Special Education program. I graduated from Newman University with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education in 2010. I just earned my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Special Education Birth to 8. My family and I live in El Dorado. My husband Andrew and I have one son Madden who is almost ready to turn three, and one fur baby, Meeya. I spend most of my spare time with my family. I am looking forward to a fantastic year in Early Childhood.
For my iWOW project, I worked with Mrs. Babcock to implement AAC core word of the week into the classroom. Working on one core word each week is a great way to expand functional vocabulary. The words in this book will target 'go', 'in', 'different', and 'help'. I am excited to team up with Mrs. Babcock and use this next year!
