Labs
IF YOU ARE IN A CLASS THAT DOES LABS "ONLINE" or need to do an online make-up lab:
go to the Home page for your course in Canvas and
click on the link for the lab that you want to complete. (Click on the name of the lab.)
You will be taken to a Canvas task that will allow you to complete the lab online. To create the online labs, I took pictures and made videos of lab experiments, and combined them with additional text and the questions from the original labs. You might think of them as very long Canvas quizzes which contain most of the information that you need to answer the quiz questions.
This page contains links to printable PDF copies of the labs and resources that you can use to work on the in-class labs at home or review them at home. The Assignment files contain pictures and instructions for working on the labs at home. This page also has videos of experiments. The assignment files and videos on this page contain that key information that you need to answer the lab questions. All the pictures and videos linked to on this page are embedded in the lab tasks in Canvas, so you don't need to review them here.
Especially if you are in a fully online version of the class: please, please, please ask questions about these online labs. Please DO discuss them in the weekly online discussion; you will get help AND credit for participating in the weekly discussion.
