Jonas Silva was selected by Coach Austin Peavler as the PE Student of the month for August 2023. "Jonas is a great kid and always has a positive attitude. Keep it up Jonas!"

September 2023 - Mia Bolmon
Mia Bolmon was selected by Coach Anya Human, as the PE Student of the Month for September 2023 for Girls Weightlifting 4th block. Coach Human says, " Mia works hard each day in class. She stays focused and works diligently on making sure her lifts are accurate. Mia has shown a lot of potential in class, and she is very helpful and supportive to her classmates." Mia is the daughter of Misti Jones and the late Joshua Bolmon.

He works diligently to complete his assignments with accuracy. He is actively engaged in classroom discussion and participates in classroom activities. Yacoub is very kind to his fellow classmates and is a pleasure to teach.” Yacoub is the son of Yvonne Engelhardt.

He is a great teammate celebrating the accomplishments of others as much as he does his own. Waddis gets along well with his fellow classmates and is a joy to teach. Way to go Waddis! Keep it up!” Waddis is the son of Cassandra and Waddis Taylor, Sr.

Coach Jarvis nominated Miguel because “Miguel is an extremely hard worker who consistently puts his best effort into every workout. He sets an example for his peers and routinely has increases in his maxes for each lift.” Miguel is the son of Benishia Khoen.

Coach Fuller nominated Vivian because “Vivian works very hard to complete the prescribed weight training programs every day. She has also made significant strength improvements over the semester. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic is very commendable and much appreciated.” Vivian is the daughter of Margarita Griffin and Bruno Salazar.
