Tia Completed her studies in 2014 from the Faculty of Forestry, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). Biodiversity staff at Ecology Consultants since 2015. Experienced as a data analyst in HCS assessments in West Bangka at 2015, West Kalimantan at 2016; As an ecosystem services analyst in HCV assessments in West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Nabire at 2017, South Sumatra at 2018 and Merauke at 2019; has conducted an SIA assessment in Nabire at 2017. He was also involved in the preparation of an independent farmer training module for sustainable palm oil with the 2018 RSPO standard.
