Felony Disenfranchisement

Felony disenfranchisement - Voter disenfranchisement is when a person or group of people is deprived of the right to vote. These felony disenfranchisement policies are deeply rooted in our history of racial injustice and discrimination. See EJI’s article on Felony Disenfranchisement for more information.
