Steps to Apply for ACT Accommodations at Episcopal Upper School
1. Consult Your College Counselor: Talk to your assigned College Counselor about when to start taking the ACT, usually in junior year.
2. Create an ACT Account: Register for an ACT test date on the ACT website. Indicate that you will be taking the test with accommodations. Create account here.
3. Select Accommodations: Choose “National Testing” options for accommodations, not “Special Testing,” unless previously discussed.
4. Complete Consent Form: Have your parents sign the ACT Consent to Release Information Form and e-mail it to GuerinT@ehsbr.org. ACT Consent form
5. Check Approval Status: Approval for accommodations take a few weeks. If you haven't received approval for accommodations, contact Tiffany Guerin a few days before the registration deadline.
6. Print Test Ticket: Verify that your Test Ticket shows your accommodations and the correct testing location before the test day.
