The School
Jari Hotel School was established between 1997 and 2000 in collaboration with Association Terre des Hommes. The institution was specifically designed to provide vocational training to Ethiopian war orphans, equipping them with practical skills in hospitality to facilitate their reintegration into society and the workforce. The curriculum focused on food production and hotel operations, offering a two-year training program that combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. This initiative aimed to empower vulnerable youth by providing them with the tools necessary for sustainable employment in the hospitality industry. The school has now closed due to political reasons.
