Call For Presenters

Compensation

Presenters may choose to receive either salary credit or hourly rate of pay ($40/hour for Certificated). Presenters who choose to stay for the entire Saturday Seminar (outside of the time spent presenting) may receive the same compensation that was chosen for presenting. For example, if a presenter chose “salary credit” as compensation for presenting for 1 hour, and also chose to attend the entire Saturday Seminar, then compensation for attending the entire day would be in the form of “salary credit.” The presenter will need to sign in at the beginning of the day and sign out at the end of the day in order to verify full attendance. Presenters will not have the option to choose salary credit for part of the day and hourly rate of pay for part of the day. Whatever the presenter initially chooses for compensation may not be changed later, after the Saturday Seminar has ended.

Hourly Rate of Pay

• $40 per hour (Certificated). Includes 1 hour prep time for each hour of presentation.
  • Example: 1-hour presentation + 1 hour prep = 2 hours of pay ($80)
• Any presentation that is being repeated will receive the initial compensation for preparation. Example: 1-hour presentation (same presentation occurs 2x in the day) + 1 hour prep = 3 hours of pay ($120)

Salary Credit

• 1 hour of salary credit for each hour presented. Includes 1 hour prep time for each hour of presentation.
• Any presentation that is being repeated will receive the initial compensation for preparation. Example: 1-hour presentation (same presentation occurs 2x in the day) + 1 hour prep = 3 hours of salary credit
