Student Agreements

Formally known as the AVID Student Contract, The AVID Student Agreement is a commitment that students, teachers, counselors and admin sign to actively engage in the program’s rigorous academic and behavioral expectations. By signing, all involved pledge to support and maintain strong grades, demonstrate a positive attitude, seek support when needed, and participate in AVID strategies such as organizational skills, critical thinking, and collaborative learning. This agreement helps ensure that students stay focused on their college and career readiness goals throughout their time in the AVID program.
