AVID recruitment at the secondary level focuses on identifying and encouraging students who demonstrate potential for academic success but may need additional support to reach their goals. Through targeted outreach, AVID recruitment aims to build diverse, motivated cohorts of students who can benefit from the program's rigorous curriculum, mentorship, and college readiness resources. By providing students with the tools and guidance they need, Avid helps prepare them for higher education and future success.
