Prepare students by ensuring that all necessary documents are on hand:
Transcripts for GPA

FAFSA confirmation
List of colleges students applied to
College acceptance and scholarship details
Dedicate a class time for students to log in and input their information. Look for communication about login credentials from your district director, and provide students with the link to the AVID website and their login and password information.
Walk students through each section, ensuring they understand what's required for fields such as college applications, FAFSA completion, scholarships, etc.
Encourage students to review their entries for accuracy before submitting them.
Check your teacher portal or summary view to ensure all students have submitted their data.
Follow up with those who haven't completed the process.
